        Mr. Burron has over a decade of experience practicing in the areas of natural resources and environmental law, including CBM, water quality, water rights and federal environmental law, (NEPA, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and hazardous waste laws). He practices regularly before the Environmental Quality Council, the State Engineer and the Board of Control, as well as the state and federal courts in Wyoming. Mr. Burron also litigates natural resource and pollution issues, statutory citizen suit matters, contract, tort, insurance and related matters. Mr. Burron is a frequent speaker at natural resource and water law conferences, particularly in the areas of water rights, water quality and coal bed methane.

 

Since joining ALG in 1996, Mr. Burron has represented the industry and producer interests in his areas of expertise. His clients include oil and gas and energy companies, governmental entities, corporate agricultural producers and private individuals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Burron spent five years as a senior attorney in the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, representing the Department of

Environmental Quality and the State Engineer’s Office.
