Mr. Ditto focuses his practice on eminent domain, rights-of-way, license issues, real estate, tort and insurance litigation, employment litigation and commercial litigation.  He has represented a number of large oil and gas companies and telecommunications companies in matters relating to easement disputes, construction of fiber optic cables and pipelines, and land priority issues.  He has substantial experience enforcing easement agreements and licenses by use of temporary restraining orders and  injunctions.  He routinely handles litigation relating to insurance and employment issues, and has lectured and written articles for various special interest groups including the Wyoming State Bar Association, National Business Institute, Wyoming Lodging and Restaurant Association, Wyoming Claims Association, Council on Education in Management and Wyoming Hospital Association.

          Mr. Ditto received his B.S. from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming.  He is admitted in both Wyoming and Colorado, and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both states, as well as the United States 10^th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is also a member of the International Right of Way Association.
